Grower is $60 every two years, with up to three activations on your devices. While you are subscribed you get every update. The subscription renews every two years until you cancel. If it ends, you keep using the versions released while you were subscribed, as described in the EULA; only updates stop. Resubscribe any time to get updates again; the gap is not billed. No trial is offered. The EULA governs use.
Activation
Activation creates or loads a device signing key, proves possession of it to the license service, and stores a signed token locally.
To activate, open Tree Grower and paste the activation token from your purchase email into the activation window.
The token is bound to the device identifier derived from the device public key. Private device key material remains local.
Offline behavior
After activation, Grower verifies the token signature, product claims, and device binding locally. A network connection is not needed for each launch. When online, Grower renews its license automatically at least every 60 days; after 60 days without reaching the license service, it asks you to connect once. A suspended or revoked license stops at its next renewal (see the EULA, section 7).
Your token records when your paid update period ends. A Grower version released after that date will not run with it; the version you had keeps working. Before installing an update, Grower asks the license service whether your subscription includes it, and a renewal refreshes the token automatically.
An invalid, missing, revoked, wrong-product, or wrong-device token prevents release builds of Grower from opening. Player remains available.
Recovery, devices, and upgrades
The licensing service enforces a maximum of three device bindings. The same device can recover its existing activation without consuming another binding.
To move Grower to another computer, choose Help › Deactivate this computer in Grower (Grower 2.0.4 and later), or run tree-grower license deactivate. This frees the activation, up to three times in any twelve months.
With an earlier Grower, after those three, or if a device was lost or no longer works, email support@dosaygo.com with proof of purchase. After reasonable checks that you hold the license and are not sharing it, DOSAYGO frees an activation.
Every Grower update released while you are subscribed is included.
Purchase, delivery, and refunds
Purchase Grower securely through Stripe. A license is issued only after payment is confirmed. Your activation token is shown on the success page and sent to the checkout email when email delivery is available. Failed or incomplete payments do not receive a license.
For license recovery, email support@dosaygo.com with your Stripe receipt. Refunds are available within three days of activation, or of a renewal charge: email the same address with your receipt. After that, payments are not refundable. Refunds and payment disputes affect only what that payment bought, as described in the EULA; statutory rights that cannot be waived are not limited. Manage or cancel your subscription at trees.dosaygo.com/billing or from the link in your license email. Support covers billing only.
