Your rights and duties
Use Newdn only where you have the right to access, capture, store, replay, and share the relevant content. Do not use the product to bypass access controls, distribute content unlawfully, expose private data, or violate another person's rights.
You control captured content
DOSAYGO does not claim ownership of the collections you create. You are responsible for the source material, annotations, personal data, secrets, licenses, permissions, and recipients associated with each archive.
Opening or sharing a TDF does not grant rights to the underlying third-party content.
Product limits
Newdn is provided for practical web capture and replay. It does not guarantee perfect reproduction, permanent compatibility, legal admissibility, regulatory compliance, uninterrupted operation, or preservation of every browser feature.
Do not rely on Newdn as the only copy of critical, evidentiary, regulated, or irreplaceable material. Keep independent records and backups.
Commercial terms
Tree Player is free to download and use. Tree Grower v1 costs $39 as a one-time payment and includes a three-year license term, Grower v1 updates during that term, and activation on up to three of your devices.
A Grower license and its activation token may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to operate Grower for unrelated third parties. Attempts to evade the device limit, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or token resale may result in refusal of recovery assistance or revocation.
There is no automated device-transfer portal. DOSAYGO reviews reasonable recovery requests for lost, replaced, or repaired devices after proof of purchase, subject to the device limit and fraud review.
Refunds may be requested through support@dosaygo.com. An approved refund or payment dispute revokes the associated license. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. In a conflict, the terms accepted at purchase control the commercial license.
